  Thought for the Day


Math 5 (8:40-9:30am)
Objective:  The student is expected to represent and solve addition and subtraction of fractions with equal denominators using objects and pictorial models that build to the number line and properties of operations.
  • Review Fractions on a Number Line
  • Edgenuity - Wood 12/08 Adding Fractions Instruction
  • Level 3, Y.6 Add fractions with like denominators using number lines
  • *Complete IXL Level 3, V.12 Fractions of number lines: unit fractions
Language Arts / Reading 5 (11:25am-12:15pm)
Objective:  Students will analyze plot elements, including the sequence of events, the conflict, and the resolution. 
  • Journal - Write 3 sentences about kindness. (See Google Classroom)
  • Edgenuity - Wood 12/8 Plot Independent Practice
  • IXL Level 3, D.5 Match problems with their solutions
Content Mastery 5
  • * Complete unfinished assignments *
  • Read Library books and take AR tests (tomorrow is library day!)
  • IXL or Prodigy
  • Typing club at 1:40pm.
